ASSIGNMENTS OF WEEK 6 - Your 10 minutes a day
- Once a day for 6 minutes initiate a Daytime Lucid Dream and practice the DO NOTHING meditation.
Once you feel comfortable enough with your level of awareness and depth of experience, you use the meditation state for spiritual and philosophical inquiry.
- Twice a day practice 2 minutes of the Open Eyes Meditation
- Journal your experience and considerations for each stage
- Share your experience on the Facebook Group
