ASSIGNMENTS OF WEEK 5 - Your 10 minutes a day

 

4 times a day for 1 minutes : practice creating the buffer zone and become aware of the awareness trade off. 

1 time a day for 6 minutes : complete le cycle of relaxation,  deepening, and increasing the definition of the dream experience. Take note of the challenges and find ways to overcome the obstacles.
